(1) Vendor needs to provide 1g symmetrical internet services to the government authority located in Texas.– The primary objective of this acquisition is to secure a highly reliable, dedicated, low–latency, and high–speed internet service to support mission–critical operations at Dyess.– The connection must deliver a consistent 1 Gbps throughput in both directions (symmetrical) with high uptime availability and provide a minimum consistent speed of 1 Gbps at Building 7320.– The Contractor shall provide and install all networking equipment necessary to deliver the required speeds and allow the customer to hook up a Government–provided fiber line to support other buildings with the necessary 1 Gbps speeds.– The Contractor must permit and facilitate the customer plugging in this fiber line directly into the handoff interface.– All installed electronic components, hardware, cabling, and ancillary supplies provided by the Contractor may be commercially standard new, reconditioned, or previously used equipment (acceptable if using existing provider equipment), provided it is fully operational, reliable, and capable of supporting all performance specifications herein.•Service Delivery: The provider shall deliver a dedicated 1 Gbps symmetrical connection directly to Building 7320 (demarcation point), maintaining a minimum consistent speed of 1 Gbps.•Infrastructure & Interface: The Contractor shall engineer, supply, and install all necessary transmission hardware and handoff interfaces capable of sustaining 1 Gbps symmetrical throughput. The equipment must allow the customer to plug in a Government–provided fiber optic line to distribute the connection to other facilities.•IP Address Allocation: The Contractor shall provide and configure a minimum of a single (1) public IPv4 address for use at Building 7320.•Standards Compliance: All installation work, cabling, and termination must adhere strictly to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Air Force, and commercial telecommunications standards (TIA/EIA).•Hardware Exclusions: The Contractor is not responsible for providing customer end–user routers, switches, or firewalls beyond the demarcation interface.(2) The contract period will be for three year.
