(1) Vendor needs to provide craft and construction–related training and program administration services to the government authority located in TX. – Provide craft and construction–related training and program administration services in support of workforce development initiatives associated with the agency's capital improvement program. • Training services:– Deliver craft and construction–related training to qualified employees of participating contractors.– Provide training through in–person, virtual, web–based, and recorded formats.– Utilize curriculum developed, authorized, or licensed by accredited curriculum providers.– Maintain current training content consistent with industry standards and safety requirements.– Provide qualified instructors, facilities, technology platforms, and administrative support necessary for training delivery.• Program administration services:– Conduct marketing, outreach and enrolment activities.– Develop marketing and outreach materials.– Establish and maintain contractor training accounts.– Verify participant eligibility.– Manage contractor fund balances and training expenditures.– Process reimbursement requests.– Maintain complete program records.– Monitor account utilization and identify inactive funds.– Reallocate unused funds upon the agency’s authorization.– Respond to contractor inquiries regarding participation, balances, and reimbursement status.• Program closeout services: Provide administrative support for reconciliation, audits, reporting, and final program closeout activities for up to one year following completion of training activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on September 22, 2026.
