– provide comprehensive janitorial and floor–care services.– The successful contractor shall provide janitorial services two (2) times per week for the entire two floors of Hall.• High and low dusting of horizontal surfaces, including desks, tables, cabinets, counters, shelves, window sills, and other accessible surfaces.• Vacuuming of all carpeted areas, including edges, corners, areas beneath desks and furniture where reasonably accessible, and areas behind doors.• Sweeping and/or vacuuming of hard surface flooring.• Mopping of hard surface floors.• Cleaning of doors, door frames, and other accessible surfaces.• Cleaning of accessible sides and surfaces of desks, filing cabinets, trash receptacles, cabinets, tables, and other office furnishings.• Dusting and cleaning of accessible chair and table legs and bases.• Dusting and/or cleaning of accessible floor/ceiling and HVAC vents as needed.• Cleaning of stairways, hallways, corridors, and other common areas.• Removal of trash and debris from designated receptacles and disposal in designated areas.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid walkthrough will be held on September 23, 2026.
