(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical engineering and soils inspection services to the government authority located in West Hollywood, CA.– Observation of site clearing, grubbing, and preparation for earthwork operations.– Observation of excavation and over–excavation activities.– Verification of subgrade preparation for building foundations, slabs, pavements, and site improvements.– Observation of engineered fill placement and lift thickness.– Verification of moisture conditioning and compaction operations.– Observation of utility trench excavation, bedding, backfill, and compaction.– Observation of aggregate base placement beneath pavements and flatwork.– Verification of foundation bearing conditions prior to placement of concrete.– Evaluation of unsuitable soils, undocumented fill, groundwater, or other unforeseen subsurface conditions encountered during construction.– Review of imported fill materials for compliance with project requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
