STAFF-17115 - USA (San Francisco, California) - Express Lanes Operational Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide express lanes operational services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Responsible for ensuring that staffing coverage is provided during normal operating hours as well as during emergency conditions affecting the transportation network.– Staffing during other periods may be provided through onsite, hybrid, or remote operational arrangements, provided all operational requirements and coverage expectations are met.– Coverage is required Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM.– Emergencies impacting the transportation network and requiring timely notifications and communications through the 511 information dissemination channels (i.e., 511.org, X/Twitter, Bluesky, 511 Phone service) shall require that 511 operations staff be available to support emergency communications outside of standard operating hours.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
