(1) Vendor needs to provide pedestrian wayfinding services.– System will meet the evolving pedestrian wayfinding needs of residents and visitors through system expansion, updates and maintenance, and smart asset management.– Provide pedestrian wayfinding sign location and movement planning utilizing established Seamless wayfinding standards for program expansion areas, informed by community engagement.– Efforts may include development of standards for GIS–based mapping and sign content creation, as well as standards for new sign types.– Wayfinding sign content, artworking, and implementation.– Apply Seamless Seattle system standards, including Sign Content Rationale, toward developing directional sign content, with consideration to local context.– Support development of an interactive, GIS–based mapping system for managing Seamless Seattle assets, in coordination with asset management system.– Develop and assist in updating and maintaining Seamless Seattle asset management platform.– Apply Seamless system standards toward planning of priority route networks, route hierarchy, decision points, sign types, and clutter reduction.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.(3) A non mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.
