This requisition is to purchase one portable 6,500-gallon liquid hydrogen refueling trailer and fueling services to fuel the San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) five to ten Fuel Cell Electric Buses (FCEB) for the hydrogen pilot project. This is a “turnkey” purchase, and the selected Proposer is responsible for securing and providing permits, hydrogen trailer, monitoring systems, barriers, maintenance, fueling systems, hydrogen fuel, and all other requirements, services, and supplies to operate a portable fueling station.
