(1) Vendor needs to provide catering and event production services.– The Event Production partner is responsible for assembling a team of experienced event professionals to support the University in the design, coordination, pre–production, and management of Weekend. – Production timeline for the event and full scope of work; event diagrams and revisions.– Supervise delivery, pick–up, and set–up of rentals (furniture and fencing) in the Main Quad tents and on the lawn.– Event Design & Production – Planning Meetings.– Production Timeline, Diagrams & Revisions.– Tent Company Management.– Main Quad Rental Furniture & A/V Support.– Onsite Event Management – Main Quad Turnover.– All menus should include vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, and gluten–free items.– Provide basic food labels for buffets.– All water from dispensers unless noted otherwise.– A menu of snacks and beverages appropriate for a lounge/hospitality area available during open hours – a mix of fresh–made and small, grab–and–go bite–sized packages.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
