(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental mitigation, assessment and remediation services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.– assessment and characterization of hazardous and regulated substance contamination of air, soil, groundwater, and surface water occurring as the result of releases which represent an imminent threat to human health and the environment, or that otherwise require action under the governing authorities of funding sources.– Site Assessment and Characterization ServicesA. Soil boring advancement oversight;B. Monitoring well installation, development, and surveying oversight;C. Soil, air, and water sample collection and laboratory analysis coordination;D. Waste characterizationE. Soil gas surveys;F. Identification of responsible parties;G. Securing site access and rights of way;H. Public information dissemination;I. Development of monitoring and health and safety plans– Remediation ServicesA. Development of remediation plans;B. Remedial system design, including use of mathematical modeling results to establish design parameters;C. Statistical risk analysis and toxicology;D. Soil excavation, treatment, and disposal;E. Water, vapor extraction or sparge well installation;F. Designing and conducting remediation pilot tests;G. Air emission evaluation;H. Water treatment and disposal.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for five years.
