(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic court construction services to the government authority located in Milton, Massachusetts.• Selective reclamation/demolition and removal of existing vegetation, site pavement, footings and posts, chain link fences, and all existing concrete pads within limit of work.• Protection of existing pavement, adjacent roadways, parking areas and utilities inside and outside the limit of work as indicated.• Reparation of Subbase as outlined herein, installation of new pavements, subbase, basketball court surfacing, striping and goal posts and associated materials. Construction of new bocce court improvements.• All construction activity, trades, schedules, deliveries, staging areas and subcontractors to minimize impact to the owner.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.
