CLEANING-13154 - USA (Michigan) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Michigan.– These facilities are public, medical, and administrative facilities and therefore a higher standard of cleanliness is required in comparison to normal office buildings. – The high standard of cleanliness will be strictly enforced in all areas, especially the clinic areas.– Available for cleaning from Monday through Friday 5pm to 11pm.– Provide facilities that are uniformly clean, hygienic, orderly, and attractive.– All trash and paper shall be collected and removed. Paper and cardboard are being recycled.– Restrooms shall be cleaned with proper dilutions of disinfectant/detergent cleaning products to control disease–causing organisms and to prevent odors.– Clean and disinfect all high–touch surfaces. High–touch surfaces include sink handles, countertops, edges of privacy curtains, doorknobs, light switches, drawer/cabinet handles, waiting room and clinic room chairs, exam tables, drinking fountains, exam room doors, doors in public/common areas, windows and mirrors in bathrooms and other public high–traffic areas, surfaces in and around toilets, refrigerator door handles, and stair railings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
