(1) Vendor needs to provide owner's representative services to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL.• Remove unsafe and obsolete structures that pose risks to public safety• Mitigate environmental and public health hazards associated with regulated materials• Eliminate blight and improve site conditions to support neighborhood revitalization• Review and oversee development of construction–level demolition plans and technical specifications for all structures within the project area, including sequencing, means and methods, and site access considerations.• Review and monitor detailed project budgets, schedules, critical milestones, and sequencing.• Track project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or budget impacts, providing recommendations for corrective action.• Hazardous materials abatement.• Demolition and site work.• Community coordination and safety.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
