(1) Vendor needs to provide prohibited items mail back concession program services to the government authority located in East Boston, MA.– Develop, operate and manage the authority’s prohibited items mail back concession program airport.– Increase customer service and satisfaction at airport by providing, maintaining and making the availability easy to operate mailer units.– Maximize net revenues to the Authority while developing a financial structure which provides a reasonable return on investment to the mail back unit provider.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
