(1) Vendor needs to provide mock assessment service to the government authority located in Salt Lake City, UT.      – Provide a comprehensive Mock Assessment, Gap Analysis, and remediation advisory roadmap for a designated research enclave managed.– To rigorously evaluate, advise, and prepare the University’s environment for a formal Certified agency certification audit scheduled for the Fall.– Scoping Validation and Boundary Definition– Documentation & Policy Gap Review– Technical Mock Assessment & Personnel Interviews– Reporting, Advice, & Fall Audit Preparation(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 31, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
