MI 2612- Digester Roof Caulking Project

The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, labor, supplies, and manufactured articles for the Project. It shall also include the furnishing of all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work consists of removal of all existing roof perimeter caulking on the three digester units (1, 2, and 3), preparation of the existing substrate (either concrete or steel in the case of Digester 1) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, installation of the required backer rod and bond breaker tape, installation of the required backer rod and bond breaker tape, installation of the required primer and caulking sealant and cleanup as necessary. The Work to be construction is located at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (9600 Santa Rosa Road, Camarillo, CA 93012).
