TRANSPORT-11593 - USA (River, New Jersey) - Ground Transportation Services - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ground transportation services to the government authority located in River, NJ.– Charter Bus Services for various college activities, performances, events, and athletic team travel on an as–needed basis.• The vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the transportation operation, including vehicle service, maintenance, staffing, licensing, insurance, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, fueling, and reporting.• The vendor must have safe and reliable transportation capabilities with vehicles that are well–maintained, equipped with temperature control (AC and heat), and have lavatories.• Vehicles with a capacity of 18 passengers or more: allowed 24 hours without a fee, except for Athletics.• Athletic department bookings may be subject to weather–related cancellations or rescheduling within 4 hours without a fee.• The College reserves the right to book and cancel athletic teams involved in “playoffs“ on short notice (within 18 hours) for up to 3–4 bookings annually.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
