All-Star Talent's Candidate Tracking System Software

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to provide All-Star Talent's Candidate Tracking System, a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software to be used by the St. Petersburg Police Department. The software will be customized for public safety and will save time in recruitment efforts of new sworn members of the Department. The program will be used by the department recruiters to track potential applicants until hired. It will send automatic reminders to staff to follow up with applicants as well as send automated responses to applicants via email and text message. The goal of the applicant tracking software is to aid recruitment teams with automation and streamlined processes, which allows for seamless task assignment and coordination across the different stages involved in the recruitment path. The system should enable standardized reporting, which helps in making quick decisions and better informing the direction of advertising spend. Each record retains its unique history. The Police Department currently uses Guardian Alliance Technologies to track applicants once they enter the background process. Once the applicant enters the background phase of the hiring process, data will be sent from CRM to the Guardian application for tracking. Any proposed system must integrate with Guardian.
