DEBT-2144 - USA (Harrisonburg, Virginia) - Debt Collection Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide debt collection services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Harrisonburg, VA. – Provide debt collection services that achieves the maximum recovery of debt for institutions of higher education. – Provide debt collection services for the following types of unpaid accounts: tuition and fees, student loans, returned checks, and miscellaneous receivable accounts. – Provide collection services to the agency institution in accordance with all regulations and laws. – Maintaining licenses as required by law, and in states necessary, to provide collection services.– Undertaking the collection of all accounts referred by the agency institution without regard to the amount.– Accepting cancellations, deferments, or postponements for any referred collection and contractor agrees that no fees shall be charged to the agency institution in this event.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
