(1) Vendor needs to provide access control, security monitoring and security camera services The Services include the installation, integration, monitoring, maintenance, and support of accesscontrol hardware and software, intrusion detection systems, security cameras, and relatedinfrastructure to the government authority located in San Ramon, CA.– Active directory integration – conversion of existing security systems to an active directory–based access control environment– Camera expansion and integration – addition of new security cameras and integration of existing cameras into a centralized, cloud–based camera management system.– Expanded access control – installation of additional access control devices and controlled access points at city facilities.(2) A pre–submittal meeting will be held on September 8,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
