(1) Vendor needs to provide community input and planning services to the government authority located in California.– Conduct outreach, engagement, facilitation, documentation, and reporting activities that support establishment and ongoing participation within and related engagement activities for assigned stakeholder populations.– Support awareness of behavioral health planning activities, engagement opportunities, specialty behavioral health services, access pathways, and other relevant behavioral health system information among assigned stakeholder populations.– Stakeholder engagement and participation activities.– Outreach and participation awareness efforts.– Facilitation and coordination of advisory, collaborative, and planning structures– Collection, synthesis, and reporting of community feedback.– Operational and administrative support activities necessary to conduct and sustain planning and engagement requirements.– Outreach strategies utilizing trusted messengers and community–based networks.– Strategies to support recurring participation and engagement.– Strategies to support demographic, cultural, linguistic, and age–diverse participation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
