(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise asset management, computerized maintenance management system, inspection and capital planning platform.• Provide an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), inspection management, work order management, and capital planning platform• The selected vendor shall furnish all software, implementation services, configuration, integration, training, and support necessary to provide a fully functional system.3.1 Asset Management– The system shall provide: • Asset inventory management • Asset hierarchy management • Asset lifecycle tracking • Asset condition assessment • Horizontal asset management • Vertical asset management • Facility asset management3.2 Water Distribution Management• Water main inventory • Valve inventory and maintenance tracking • Hydrant inspections and testing • GIS–based water asset management3.3 Wastewater Collection System Management– The system shall support: • Sanitary sewer inventory • Manhole inventory3.5 Customer Premise Management• Customer service locations • Meter records • Service connections • Related utility assets(2) The contract period will be for one year.
