(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive provider credentialling enrollment project service to the government authority located in Louisville, KY. – To execute a comprehensive, one–time project to audit, correct, and complete all required provider credentialing, agency enrollment, and network roster linkages.– To achieve 100% active, in–network billing status for approximately 30 individual providers linked.– Primary source verification, application completion, Medicaid/ Managed Care Organizations portal tracking, discrepancy resolution, retroactive effective date negotiation (where applicable), and final verification. – Post–project profile maintenance, future re–credentialing cycles, or enrollment of new providers hired after the project kick–off date. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
