(1) Vendor needs to provide DroneSense software licenses service.• Product may not use any form of artificial intelligence (AI) either now or in the future, without written consent from the Chief Information Security Office and/ or Counsel.• The system environment and processing shall be isolated from any other customer instances• Encrypted data backups and recovery must be performed regularly.• Each employee or contractor must have their own unique user accounts.• Each candidate must have their own unique user account.• Product must have multifactor authentication (MFA) implemented for all vendor staff with access.• Contractor must have their own data breach notification policy.• Class 1 UAS License – For the core set of supported drones that reside in the middle ground between advanced functionality and the higher cost of Class 2 and the less capable Class N Drones. • Class 2 UAS License – For the most advanced UAS devices that have additional enterprise–level functionality and/ or more advanced integration requirements from the manufacturer. Including: DJI Matrice 200, 300, 350, and 30/ T series, Autel Max 4T/N • Screen Share Only– Enable screen share casting from any open mobile application to OpsHub. Includes a software license from DroneSense screen sharing via mobile device and Web Console, with unlimited viewers, pilots, and video sharing. (2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026
