(1) Vendor needs to provide independent financial audit services to the government authority located in Havana, FL. – An audit performed on its financial statements for each fiscal–year period.– The successful respondent, hereinafter auditor, will express an opinion on the fair presentation of the district’s basic financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.– The auditor will be responsible for performing certain limited procedures involving supplementary information required by the governmental accounting standards board as mandated by generally accepted government auditing standards.– The auditor will conduct a single audit of federal awards as prescribed in the single audit act of 1984, as amended.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions had been submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
