(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting, maintenance and enhancements support service. • Performance optimization: database tuning, caching configuration, and load–balancing improvements to maintain optimal site performance.• Content and user management support: assistance with role–based permissions, workflow configuration, and content management processes.• Hosting and server support: optimization and maintenance of IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments supporting installation • Theme and skin management: maintenance, customization, and modernization of site skins to support branding and enhance user experience.• ADA Compliance: Ensuring the website adheres to current accessibility standards and regulatory requirements• Security monitoring: ongoing security oversight including patching, SSL certificate management, and vulnerability scanning• Core upgrades and patching: regular updates to the core framework and all associated modules to ensure stability and security.• Module and extension support: compatibility validation, updates, and troubleshooting for all third–party and custom modules.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 16, 2026.
