EXTRA-79004 - USA (Laguna Beach, California) - Infrastructure Master Plan Update Service - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide infrastructure master plan update service to the government authority located in Laguna Beach, CA. – Prepare an update to the agency’s 2017 infrastructure master plan. • Project management: Provide project management activities including scheduling, budget controls, coordinating staffing needs, and coordination and communication with agency staff and other project stakeholders.• Data collection and review: This task involves reviewing available pertinent records that will assist in the preparation of a comprehensive master plan update, including maps, studies, plans, reports, data and other relevant planning information. • Evaluate, update and calibrate existing hydraulic models.• Water supply and storage analysis: Review the agency’s integrated water resources plan, urban water management plan, and water shortage contingency plan and provide a detailed analysis of those areas which affect the agency’s water supply and storage.• Water quality analysis.• Distribution and collection system analysis: Develop a series of system performance criteria to analyze existing and future potable water, recycled water and wastewater system infrastructure.• Proposed capital improvement program: Prepare a 5–year and 10–year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including estimated costs escalated to the year of implementation, along with recommended project costs for each year of the CIP.• Infrastructure master plan development: Prepare a 60% and 90% draft master plan which incorporates all prior tasks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.
