(1) Vendor needs to provide wastewater septic pumping, hauling, and disposal services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Requirement for wastewater systems pipe inspections, imaging, jetting, cleaning, pumping, hauling, and disposal services statewide– The prime wastewater treatment for the Department wastewater systems are septic tanks, ranging in size of less than 1,000 to 20,000–gallon capacity.– Some of the larger facilities have multiple septic tanks (2 to 3 septic Tanks).– Systems require inspections and servicing periodically based on size and usage; typically on an annual or quarterly basis based on the septic tank inspection results.– Wastewater (gallons per day (gpd) >2000<20000) facilities– Individual Aquifer Protection Permit (APP)– Caretaker residence 500–gallon capacity– Provide routine and emergency wastewater systems assessment, pipe inspections, imaging, jetting, septic cleaning, pumping, spill cleanup, hauling and disposal services– Provide evaluations, reports, and recommendations to improve wastewater operations, reduce operating costs, or correct operating deficiencies.(2) The contract period will be for one year.&nbsp;
