(1) Vendor needs to provide remote peer recovery services to the government authority located in Littleton, CO.– Provide virtual peer support via phone or tablet from individuals that have lived experience, to individuals experiencing incarceration as they transition from custody to the community.– Support shall be available to individuals while experiencing incarceration in order to help cope with challenges of incarceration, increase access to peer support for those who may not otherwise engage with traditional services, and facilitate transition planning.– Services will be billed .25–hour units, listing the date and individual contacted.– Length of engagement with each person may vary based on their needs, but for purposes of budgeting, we have estimated an average length of peer support services of 4 months, 8 hours per month.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
