Vendor needs to provide adult substance abuse treatment services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – Evidence–Based Practices: Services must be offender–oriented, trauma–informed, and culturally/gender–appropriate.– Direct Contact: All individual, group, and family sessions must involve direct, formal, clinically appropriate face–to–face or telehealth contact.– Drug Testing: Providers must have the capability to conduct random, observed alcohol and drug testing (urine/blood) with strict chain–of–custody protocols and confirmatory testing (GC–MS or LC–MS/MS) via certified laboratories.– Reporting: Providers must supply weekly progress reports for drug/specialty court clients and monthly/admission/discharge reports for supervising probation officers.
