(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE. – Provide janitorial services for the district 5 headquarters maintenance office.– Empty all waste receptacles and paper shredders, damp wipe and change liners as needed.– Flatten all cardboard boxes before putting them in the recycle bin.– Scrub, buff or burnish hard surface floor to maintain finish.– Empty all waste receptacles, damp wipe and change liners as needed.– Clean and refill all restroom dispensers.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
