(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsorship program management services.– Provide serve as a full–service sponsorship management partner.– Conducting an asset inventory and valuation, identifying sponsorship opportunities, developing sponsorship packages, and actively soliciting and securing corporate sponsors that align with the town’s mission and community values.– Maximize sponsorship revenue across parks and facilities.– Provide an objective valuation of existing and potential sponsorship assets.– Develop a structured, tiered sponsorship program with clearly defined benefits and pricing.– Asset Inventory and Benchmarking:• Field signage (outfield walls, dugout areas, scoreboards).• Concourse and wayfinding signage.• Soccer fieldhouse interior and entrance signage.– Sponsorship Program Development:• A tiered sponsorship structure with clearly defined benefit levels (e.g., presenting, gold, silver, community, and custom categories as appropriate to the facility and events).• A sponsorship deck and marketing materials suitable for presentation to prospective corporate partners.• Pricing recommendations for all sponsorship tiers and individual assets.– Sponsorship Solicitation and Securing:• Developing and maintaining a prospect pipeline of local, regional, and national corporate partners aligned with the town’s mission and community values.• Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation, agreement drafting (subject to town legal review), and activation.– Special Events Asset Evaluation:• An inventory of sponsorship assets associated with the town’s signature special events, including existing sponsorship tiers, benefit structures, and current pricing.• Market valuation and industry benchmarking for each event’s sponsorship assets, comparing current pricing against comparable municipal and community events.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2026.
