(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive facility plan service to the government authority located in Louisville, KY. – Comprehensive facility plan expanding on the critical repair and reinvestment plan for wastewater, stormwater, and flood protection infrastructure.– A review of existing planning documents, permits, and regulations, a gap analysis will identify additional areas of study, conflicts between existing plans and current or future regulations, and opportunities for improvements in financial standing, service levels, and environmental stewardship.– Comprehensive stormwater master plan, a forward–looking strategy designed to enhance both water quality and water quantity protections across the region in direct support.– Facilitate community outreach and engagement including strategies to incorporate feedback into the comprehensive facility plan, communication strategies, and outreach services.– Evaluate future treatment needs based upon potential future regulations, capacity needs, and forecasted growth.– Prepare an economic impact analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
