The Economic Development Authority of the City of Newport News, Virginia (the "EDA" or “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the disposition of land and improvements owned by the EDA. The property is owned by the EDA and located at 2800 Washington Avenue, Newport News, Virginia 23607 (Parcel ID #311010280).
