(1) Vendor needs to provide elevator maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Kerrville TX.– Inspect electrical panels and wiring for damage or loose connections.– Test and replace worn or damaged electrical cords and cables.– Inspect and test emergency and backup power systems.– Inspect and test fire protection and alarm systems.– Clean and lubricate applicable equipment.– Replace outdated or unsafe equipment.– Test fire fighter’s emergency operations.– Test elevator phone.– Inspect pit for hydraulic leak and other issues.– Inspect top of elevator for any deficiencies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) Site visit will be held on August 5, 2026.
