(1) Vendor needs to provide reduce health disparities technical assistance services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Comprehensive tobacco control programs is the decrease of disease, disability, as well as death associated with tobacco/nicotine use– Provide culturally competent workforce development for local public health agencies (LPHAs) and community–based organization (CBO) grantees, build statewide knowledge and capacity to reduce health disparities for a stronger state, build and share power with communities, and incorporate core elements of equitable implementation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
