Microsoft 365 Backup, Recovery & Cyber Resilience Solution

Oregon Health & Science University is issuing this Request for Proposal to select a secure, enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 backup, recovery, and cyber-resilience solution. The solution will protect approximately 35,200 active users and 2.5 petabytes of data across two Microsoft 365 tenants against accidental deletion, corruption, ransomware, malicious or insider activity, compromised administrative accounts, and platform failure. OHSU is seeking immutable and logically isolated backups, granular through tenant-scale recovery, long-term retention, centralized administration, strong security and privacy controls, and predictable total cost of ownership.
