(1) Vendor needs to provide district cleaning services to the government authority located in Sebring, FL. • Sweep front porch.• 2.3. Shake out/vacuum floor carpets.• Wipe down countertop with disinfectants.• Wipe down cabinets with disinfectants • Wipe down inside and outside of refrigerator and microwave.• Dust A/C return grate.• Dust A/C vents twice a year• Wipe down desks in office area.• Clean and disinfect bathrooms.• Restock bathrooms with tissue and towels, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
