(1) Vendor needs to provide advocacy consulting services to the government authority located in Batavia, NY. – Provide consulting and advocacy services to assist with its legislative and regulatory interests in state.– Prevent and curb illegal bookmaking while providing a reasonable revenue stream for the support of government.– Promote the well–being of the horse racing and breeding industries in state.– Identify proposed state legislation and regulations that could impact western’s operations.– Develop and present, action plans and undertake efforts to identify funding and infrastructure financing programs for specific capital improvement projects included in budget.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
