(1) Vendor needs to provide service HIV planning body coordination and administrative support services to the government authority located in Mississippi.• Supporting the Executive Committee and other standing or ad hoc committees;• Maintaining membership and attendance records;• Supporting recruitment, orientation, training, and engagement of members;• Managing meeting logistics and communications;• Coordinating travel reimbursement and approved participant support;• Supporting statewide needs assessment activities;• Facilitating meaningful participation of persons with lived experience.• Supporting strategic planning and review of the Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan;• Maintaining relevant records and documentation;• Coordinating an annual planning retreat;(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
