(1) Vendor needs to provide medical services to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY. – Provide medical services to the police department.– Telehealth will not be accepted.– Occupational medical services will be provided at the vendor’s facility/facilities, and the hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. scheduling must take place within 24 hour of notice.– Designated after–hours service, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.– Return–to–work evaluations following occupational and non–occupational illness or injury.– Review of outside medical documentation and specialist recommendations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
