CLEANING-14267 - USA (Lovington, New Mexico) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Lovington, NM. – Provide cleaning equipment, cleaning materials, restroom consumables, and trash liners at the facility.– Trained labor and supervision for two cleaning visits each week, outside court operating hours at times approved by the city.– Each visit: damp mop entrances; sweep and mop hard floors as needed; vacuum carpets; spot clean carpets and walls; clean and disinfect restrooms and refill dispensers.– Monthly: disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and telephone handsets where accessible.(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on November 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
