(1) Vendor needs to provide wellness service to the government authority located in MN.• Comprehensive Wellness Program Description.– Meet with Agency command staff to develop and implement a comprehensive and customized wellness program for Agency personnel that includes but is not limited to: physical health; mental health; stress management; nutrition; sleep; functional movement; and financial health. – The program must provide:– Ongoing access to individual mental health counseling services– Ongoing access to physical health and wellness coaching– Structured group–based wellness training sessions– Conduct one or more start up meetings with Agency investigative personnel as requested by the State.– Create and produce for distribution content highlighting and discussing relevant health and wellness information including but not limited to: physical health; mental health; stress management; nutrition; sleep; functional movement; and financial health.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
