EXTRA-73563 - USA (DeSoto, Texas) - Wastewater Collections System Master Plan Service - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wastewater collections system master plan service to the government authority located in DeSoto, TX.– This plan will identify and prioritize wastewater system improvements in order to meet future regulatory requirements, maintain system capacity and reliability, and accommodate growth within the service area– The selected engineering firm will identify areas in need of additional capacity based on current and future wastewater needs, prioritize and provide a planning level description of projects spanning a 10–year time span.– This project consists of evaluating the existing GIS data, as built drawings and performing field inspections to develop a hydraulic model of wastewater conveyance elements and lift stations. – The project will: identify deficiencies within the sanitary sewer system for existing and future conditions; develop a wastewater capital improvement program, including a prioritized project list with cost estimates; changes, and recommend projects.• Executive Summary summarizing critical points and priorities.• Introduction detailing the plan's requirements, objectives, and approach.• Basis of Planning covering the history of the municipal sewer system, service area descriptions, land use discussions, and detailed mapping of existing systems.– Flow Projections and Modelling to assess current demands and project future needs over a 10–year horizon.• Hydraulic Analysis to identify capacity issues in the sewer system.• Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) recommendations for existing infrastructure upgrades, rehabilitation programs, and implementation schedules.• Recommendations for implementation of an infrastructure operations and maintenance plan(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026 (4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026
