(1) Vendor needs to provide eConsult platform, implementation, and operations services.– Information from vendors offering electronic consultation (eConsult), telehealth, specialty–access, workflow, and supporting services that may help address rural health needs– Solution is best suited to solve, the models they offer, the circumstances in which those models work well, and the responsibilities, costs, risks, dependencies, and limitations agency should consider.– Learn which use cases, specialties, populations, settings, and operating conditions vendors believe are most appropriate for eConsult, telehealth, referral support, care coordination, or hybrid models.– Understand implementation, adoption, specialist–networks, workflow, integration, reporting, security, support, and customer–success patterns without presuming that agency has selected one model.– Identify where costs, responsibilities, risks, and outcomes vary by deployment model, specialist–network approach, rural provider readiness, integration level, scale, and program design.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
