CLEANING-13266 - USA (North of Medicine Bow, Wyoming) - Janitorial Maintenance Service - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance service to the government authority located in North of Medicine Bow, WY. – Remove and dispose of all trash, litter, debris, cigarette butts etc. and weeds inside the rest area boundaries, along the road leading to the rest area, inside the parking area and along the foot path.– Empty, disinfect and clean all litter barrels as required when they are 3/4 full to maintain each barrel in a usable condition as a trash receptacle.– Trash will be put into the dumpsters that are furnished. Trash from these dumpsters will be hauled away by a separate contractor.– Maintain public arbors and clean all tables and benches with soap and water when necessary to maintain their cleanliness. This duty will be done a minimum of twice (2) per calendar day.– Monthly, clean light fixtures, ventilation and heating grills, ledges, and windowsills.– Glass doors, windows, and display cases are to be cleaned daily. Exterior windows will be cleaned as needed to maintain a neat and pleasing area.– Clean dirt and all debris from sidewalks, parking areas, picnic arbors, curbs and gutters as required.– Service and maintain sewage systems. If applicable, the Contractor will keep trailer dump station washed down and disinfected as needed.(2) A mandatory pre–bid inspection and conference will be held on August 18, 2026.
