DRA-11959 - USA (Corona, California) - Microgrid Feasibility Study-Lester Water Treatment Plant Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide microgrid feasibility study–lester water treatment plant services to the government authority located in Corona, CA.– Identify critical electrical loads required to sustain minimum, normal, and peak water treatment operations. – Assess the capability of on–site solar and battery systems. – Evaluate the connection, control, and communication needs required for safe and reliable microgrid operation. – Provide options and recommendations for all sources of emergency backup power. – Account regulations, including those specific to providing backup power near a school. – Develop cost estimates and funding options to inform City decision making – Provide clear recommendations regarding phasing, implementation strategy, and integration with current electrical infrastructure. (2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 2, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
