Citywide Towing and Roadside Assistance

The 'Agency Name ( 'Agency Abbreviation ) requests Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide 'Brief description of services to be provided . The City needs these services on 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days per year basis and the Proposer shall maintain a telephone dispatcher to meet the City's needs in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Roadside assistance, towing, storage, and recovery services are needed; including, but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, break downs, forensic evidence, code enforcement, and parking violations for the Fleet Management Division, Orlando Police Department (OPD), Orlando Fire Department (OFD), Parking Division, Code Enforcement Division, Orlando Venues, and other City Divisions as needed throughout the City limits.
