Fatherhood Initiative Director (Contract Worker)

The Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS)/Division of Child Support Enforcement (CSE) is seeking a full-time (40 hours a week) contract worker to serve as Director of the Child Support Fatherhood Initiative for the agency. The term of the contract shall begin after both parties have signed and end on June 30, 2026. Continued services are possible pending adequate funding and successful job performance. The hourly pay range for this position ranges from $26.55/hour to $28.85/hour. The applicant chosen for this position will report to the Director of the Child Support Enforcement Division and/or a Deputy Director and/or the Director of Grants, Projects, and Special Initiatives.
