(1) Vendor needs to provide abatement contractor services to the government authority located in Alexandria, LA.– Abatement contractor will be expected to remove of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and perform all related tasks from the list below per address based on the provided asbestos survey testing report.– Services include and incorporate abatement, possible demolition, and disposal of residential and commercial structures.– Abate and dispose of collapsed, residential, non–regulated Exempt structure with transited landfill.– Abate and dispose of asphaltic and transited roofing materials as, including on exempted structures.– Abate and dispose of transited siding, soffit, and fascia as, including on exempted structures.– Abate and dispose of pipe and pipe fitting insulation.– Abate and dispose of floor tile and mastic.– Abate and dispose of sheet flooring.– Abate and dispose of window and door caulks, and glazing.– Abate and dispose of tar(like) roofing materials.(2) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2026.
