(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management assessment services to the government authority located in Rosenberg, TX.– Identify, evaluate, and prioritize organizational risks and provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls, operational resilience, compliance, and risk management practices.– Project include:– Identify significant enterprise and operational risks.– Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls.– Assess the organization’s risk management processes.– Identify gaps in policies and procedures.– Prioritize risks based on likelihood and impact.– Develop a risk register and risk heat map.– Recommend practical mitigation strategies.– Provide recommendations for future internal audit priorities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
